Adult Dance Class is a fun way to keep fit! Starting with a warm up we then keep the heart rate up by learning a fun dance routine. Whether you danced as a child or have no experience at all this class is full of laughs and a great way to sweat.

Barre Pilates with Jo is wonderful for increasing core strength and the Barre pilates class is a fusion of ballet and pilates. Jo Wardrop is a fantastic instructor who also incorporates matt pilates into each workout.
